Ahh haha! Drum roll. Applause please. I walked/ran today. Two-point-one-seven miles of gloriousness, breathlessness, and sweaty.
I love every minute of it. And yes, you will never regret getting out of the couch/bed to go workout because you will definitely feel infinitely better after.
So, what are you waiting for? If you haven't done something today, do it now.
