Boston Spirit Runners!

I ran my 2.62 miles on the treadmill yesterday at 8:21 p.m.
after I dropped my taxes paperwork into the mail box.
First run after my half-marathon last Sunday.
It sure feels good to be running.

The other Boston Spirit Runners:

"Oops!  what with all our moving at work, I didn't realize til halfway through my run that I didn't have a camera.  or my phone.  So.  85 degrees at noon, I ran 3 miles in 27:32.  green tank top, black Runner Chick bondi band.  and I was sweating like crazy but with a smile because at least I was outside and away from the craziness of moving our office, even if just for a little bit."

Aneta from My Running Bucket walked.
"Today i walked 2.62 miles. I walk to work from the train and today I walked to exchange my Vibrams and then i checked out the distance for all of that and it was 2.62 miles. Awesome."

Looks like running 2.62 miles was a piece of cake for Christine.

Melissa claims she is a Wannaberunner.
"Sweaty mess!"
Look at her Bondi Band and that sweat she worked up.
Definitely a runner!

Thanks for indulging me by participating in the Boston Spirit run.
I'm glad we all got out and walked and/or ran instead of sitting on our bottoms and eating bons bons.

I got my Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 in today!
So, I think I will stay home and try that today instead of going to class. :)

  3. Yay! I'm glad people ran. I was lame and I didn't. My body was so tired from 10 miles the day before. But in spirit I was running with everybody!

  4. Totally missed this whole event, but great idea. I probably walked that far in the airports coming back from Florida. Can I pretend I measured it?

  7. I completely forgot about this! I came home to some drama to deal with and missed out. :( You should make this a yearly feature for Boston!
