Crafty + Random Thoughts

I have been searching for a 10K to do before the end of 2011. I didn't really want to travel more than 2 hours. And there's nothing around in Southeast Arkansas. So, I guess I will have to look for some virtual races. Let me know if you spot one around. Or else, I may have to craft my own 10K virtual race.

*

I spent the weekend not running.
But I did running-related stuff.
I did some crafting and made this.
 Yeap. A medal hanger.

*

I kinda like this time-change thing. But it gets dark way too early now.

*

Since I dont have a race until March, I am working on not carb-loading everyday.
So. Not. Easy.
I. Love. Carbs.

*
I have another hacking cough again. I can't even breathe without coughing.
Which, this, has made running very difficult.

*
Again. There aren't any good pictures of me in that stash of official race photos.
I always looked like I smelled a skunk or dead body.
And looked like I have a camel-toe.
Really.
Maybe I have to run in tunic tops from now onward.

I would love a 2011 10k too. Maybe we should cohost a virtual one: Lace it up and Run for the Hills? ;)

I signed up for a 10k on December 31 @ 10 am (EST). Maybe we can run "together" aka at the same time? :)

  3. I know you don't want to travel, but I am considering the Say No To Drugs 10K in Clearwater, FL on 12/17... You could always join virtually!
