Mama Mia!

Treadmill + Ken Burns' Prohibition Disc 2 = 10-mile treadmill run.



 

Yes.
Ten miles.
I am scared to say, but I think I am LOVING treadmill runs!!

After which, I also did 20 counter push-ups.
My arms haven't been unsore since I started.

This chica gotto go grab something to eat and go help the boyfriend at work!

  2. You are unstoppable! Do you remember when you did your first 10 miler? I'm sure you needed to relax and nap the rest of the day. Not anymore!! :)

    1. I did some re-reading of previous posts to find my first 10-miler.
      I believe my first 10-miler was on April 4, 2010 and believe it or not, it took me the same time to finish it: 2 hours 3 minutes!

  3. Nice job! Great job on your 10 miles! Hope you got something good to eat! I am so jealous of people with treadmills although it was so nice out today I am glad I ran outside.
