What Say You?

I don't usually have 2 posts in a day, but this one begs for a vote or advice, anything, something.
Tomorrow, I am scheduled to do 8 miles. And I want to do it so I can finish my May challenge.
I haven't ran any mid-long runs this week, so I should have pretty rested legs. BUT, I guess the kicker is I have been doing a number of faster runs than I am usually accustomed to. So, my legs are tired. Really tired. They can use some deep tissue massage, some nice long twisty pretzel bendy twists and turns to really stretch it out. And I can't think.
So, run? Or rest?
Run?
Rest?
I don't know.

  1. I say run, but take it slow. It is better to get it done and be slow than to not go at all. Hope that helps!

  2. I agree and say run as well, just do it slowly. Once into the run you can always decided how far you wanna go based on how you feel. You are so close to finish you goal, I wish you good luck!
