Yoga #1

Aneta from My Running Bucket sent me some youtube links last week. 
I watched it but I didn't do it. 
Gasp! Mainly because I was lazy. Yeap. Lazy. 
If it's not running, I'm not doing.  How ignorant am I? 

Since it is snow day today and I didn't go anywhere but stayed home and matched mismatched socks, 
I finally rolled out my yoga mat and did one of the three that Aneta sent.  

Aptly titled: Yoga For Runners

This is good.
You will find some easy poses which are great stretches for runners. 
In fact, I am going to be brave and COMMIT myself to do 2 poses tomorrow and Friday. 
Baby steps, people. Baby steps.

  1. Looks good! I also have to remind myself that other types of exercises are good for me. That's why you're "If it's not running, I'm not doing" cracked me up. :) I hear ya!!!

  2. Uh huh ... if I'm not running then I'm probably not doing it. This poor body has no idea what cross training is .... and so far it is okay with that. The thought of it is actually making me ready for a nap.
