Good for you! Doing a race always motivates me to be disciplined with my training. I do have a few suggestions. Take a look at one of my older posts. I put some 1/2 marathon suggestions in it.You have almost 5 weeks to the race and some good quality training runs will help you a lot. Let me know what you think about my ideas.
