Friday Fillers!

It has been a week of non-exercising. I am secretly enjoying it.
I only walked like a grandma for 2.5 days after the half marathon. 

A week of non-exercising has the scale stepped down by at least 3 lbs. Hmmm .....
I ate cheese dip and salsa. 

I got guilty and bought this.

Now, I am going to finish up taxes.  

I'm itching.


  1. Yay! We both procrastinated on our taxes. I just got mine out a week ago. I should have rested after the half. I don't know what I was thinking going for two fast paced runs. I'll probably regret it when I do 10 miles this weekend. Ugh.

    I'll just come over and have chips and salsa with you instead!

  2. Don't worry, sometimes you need some days off to relax and get some energy back and start with full speed again :) Jillian will definitely help you with that! :)

  3. I super procrastinated taxes. Whoops. Let me know how Jillian goes, I gotta figure something fitness-y out.

  4. good job resting!!! And let me know how that Jillian DVD is. I have her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and I alternately love/hate it. :)
