Load Up on the C.

Ugh.
 School = kids = germs = sick!

The kiddos gave me the germs.
Usually, I could tell you exactly which kiddo gave me the germs. But this time around, I can't.
 I have been trying to be scrupulous about squirting hand sanitizer on my hands and washing them.
I should remember to do it after EVERY SINGLE CONTACT with EACH kid.

It stinks because there isn't much medication I can take right now.
I am not taking anything because I don't want to risk it.

So it is back to lots of water and Emergen-C.
The ice cream kinda helps soothes the sore, prickly throat though.

Since I needed to up the vitamin C, I cut up a bunch fruits and made a fruit medley salad kinda thing.
Red grapes. Green grapes.
Cantaloupe. Oranges. Apples. Kiwi. 

Healthful snack in the fridge for any time you need to munch on something. 

I haven't given up on walking tomorrow.
Gonna try and walk tomorrow.

  1. I am getting ready to go back in the classroom and will be vigilent about washing hands, not touching my face, door knobs. I love teaching but kids are grubby creatures :-)

  2. Get some rest to help you heal, and get back to walking when you're ready! You've been doing a great job of keeping up the exercise during pregnancy, and a little rest is just what you need now. Hope you're feeling better soon!
