I have a question for you.
There is a half marathon on the Oct 23rd.
I ran my last long run of 10 miles on Sept 26.
I am thinking about running 10 miles this weekend. And if I come out in one entire piece, I am thinking, what the heck, I'm running that dang half marathon.
(a) Go for it?
OR
(b) I'm CRAZY?

ReplyDeletego for it! you can totally do it. i don't know if this part is sound advice (given that this is near impossible for any runner...) but maybe you should take it a little easier during the race so you don't aggravate your injury. but you can totally finish the 13.1!
